Presentation reglament

Dear Participants of IMMEA,

To ensure the effective work of the Congress please follow rigorously the regalement of Presentations.

Invited and Plenary Talks

Please prepare your talk for the general auditory.  Please note that the total duration of talk (30 min for Invited and 20 min for Plenary) includes also 5 minutes of questions.

Oral Presentations

The total duration of presentation – 20 min includes also the time for 2-3 questions. Therefore the real time of talk should not exceed 15 min.  You can use either Power Point computer or Overhead Transparencies.  In the first case, please arrive 10 min before beginning of the session, charge your file and verify your presentation in the session computer.

Short Oral + Poster Presentation

This Oral presentation will be given during the special general session just before the Poster session. Please use not more than 3 Overhead Transparencies during 3 minutes to give the resume of your Poster. No Power Point projector will be available during this session.  Please expose your poster   following the recommendation of the next paragraph.

Poster Presentations

To insure the best visibility of your poster, please be sure to put your poster up just after the lunch time and take down immediately at the end of the session.

Round Table

This session will be devoted to the history, present and future of the Europe-Maghreb collaboration, to discussion of the future of the IMMEA congress and possibility of developing of the common project. Your participation and suggestions will be highly welcomed!l
